Return Policy

Due to the closeout nature of this sale and the permanent closure of the Otrio shop, all purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

We are unable to accept returns for reasons including, but not limited to, change of mind, accidental orders, duplicate purchases, or gift-related circumstances.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, if appropriate, provide a replacement, replacement parts, or another reasonable resolution based on available inventory.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and that returns will not be accepted.
