Final Sale Policy

All Otrio purchases are considered final sale. Due to the closeout nature of this sale and the permanent closure of the Otrio shop, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any reason other than items that arrive damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to make it right.
